Where's My Order?

You can always search for your past deposits and commissary orders by using our search page.


We do not provide refunds for deposits or commissary orders. Once money is deposited to an inmate's account, the money is theirs. There are no refunds to the provider of funds.

Email Receipt

A few minutes after completing a deposit or commissary order you will receive an email with the details of your transaction. If you do not see the email in your inbox please check your junk mail folder.


If you attempted to put money on an inmate's account multiple times due to errors, there may be a "hold" placed on those funds on your credit/debit card acccount. The "hold" has been placed on the money by your bank.

Phone Time

Tiger Correctional does not provide telephone services nor knows the process to obtain phone time at each facility.

Shipping Information

You can track the status of your order here. A Fedex tracking # will be provided when available.

Commissary Delivery

Commissary orders are delivered on the facility's order day as long as you order prior to the specific order cutoff time. The cutoff time and delivery day are posted throughout the ordering process and are different for each facility.
